“I’m just saying, it’s pretty cool to be paid (and be paid well!) for something you want to have happen anyway.”
Everyone’s been there. You’ve started a new fitness routine, you’re feeling motivated to lose weight, you’re kicking butt in the gym, and then…?
Maybe you don’t see your results as quickly as you planned. Or your busy schedule once again takes priority. Sometimes you let the excuses catch back up to you. And then you’re back where you started.
It’s so frustrating, being in a circle of starting and stopping.
And maybe you’ve tried all the different techniques for motivation. You’ve set your workout clothes out ahead of time, created a Pinterest fitness board, made a real life vision board, had a running buddy, or made a workout schedule. Sometimes all of that still isn’t strong enough to combat the massive amount of barriers we face every day.
I want to let you in on an awesome weight loss motivation technique I’ve discovered. The funny thing is I actually had a conversation with a friend about how something like this would be a brilliant idea. Come to realize, it’s already a real thing! And it’s legit! And holy smokes do people have good results from it.
